This is a fantastic piano! The family has had it in generations, a one owner piano. The harp has a wonderful sound. Please click on the large piano photo to hear the beauty of the harp. The keys are in excellent condition. Some of the history is seen in the photos; a little about the tuning, maintenance, as years moved along so did this piano with showing little signs of aging. For over 70-years, this Baby Grand Piano has shown the likes of music flowing through it's strings, keys, and harp. This is a 'Hamilton made by Baldwin' Baby Grand. The size is approximately 5'5". This is a "Forever Piano". The wood looks to be a Rosewood. The sound is spectacular, as heard in the video above. This outstanding Piano has been in a perfect climate in this home. One of the key points of purchasing a Piano is to know the location and/or storage: if it's in the sun, in a moist or humid room, these factors play a part of the life of the Piano. The value is increased based on the loving home that cares for it. And for the value, this is a phenomenal choice in Piano, and is sold. But we have two (2) The Original Owner, how very beautiful, stands proud, as she played this piano herself for many years; she's the original Owner. As she stated the memories that were cherished on this piano are that of the past; as a new home is needed. "At the age of 14", as she states to me, "I began to learn how to play the piano...on this very piano!". And that it is...a great Piano for the Student, or a Piano & Voice Instructor, which is who now owns this Beauty! I'm pleased to announce a piano instructor purchased it, and I'm very happy for Kathryn, and for the new owner.

Just a few days after this Baby Grand Piano was sold, the previous owner Kathryn sent me a 'Thank You Card' with a lovely note, and a mini-poster that is near and dear to my heart. Thank you Kathryn for this lovely compilation of love & thanks to me. It was a pleasure being there for you and your Baby Grand. Katherine's cards sit on my Baby Grand. Now her Piano is at a Piano & Voice Instructor's studio. Wishing lots of musical joy for years to come.
